Orders Shipped to US, Canada and Australia Only

• We will ship your order to United States locations using the United States Post Office Priority Mail Service.  This is typically a 2 day shipping service to most US locations and delivery includes Saturdays. Please note the United States Post Office Priority Mail Shipping is not a guaranteed service.  Ring Engineering will not refund any shipping charges if your order takes longer than 2 days for shipping. Most orders for in stock items are shipped within 1 to 3 days of receiving the order excluding holidays.  If your order is received on a weekend, it will usually ship on or before Tuesday.   

• Orders are only sold to and shipped to the United States, Canada and Australia.

• All prices are in US dollars. 

• Products will only be shipped to the billing address on the credit card account which is used to place the order.

• US Indiana residents will be charged 7.0% for sales tax.

• For Canadian and Australian customers all shipping charges, duties and taxes (if any), are the sole responsibility of the recipient and not Ring Engineering, Inc. Any refused shipments that get returned to Ring Engineering, Inc. will be billed for all of these fees going and coming.

Customer Cancellation Policy

• Please submit any order cancellation via email to Info@RingEngineering.com.  Cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, Web Order ID number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.  If your order has been shipped, then your order will no longer be able to be canceled.  If your order has been shipped less than 30 days ago, you would still be able to return the product under the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee policy.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

• Our products come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee policy.  If you are not satisfied with the product you may return it within 30 days of the original ship date for a refund.  You must acquire a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending the product back. The product must be returned in a like new condition.  Send e-mail to Info@RingEngineering.com to get your RMA number.  The original shipping and handling fee will not be refunded.  You will be responsible for shipping charges back to Ring Engineering Inc.  To be eligible for the 30 day money back guarantee, your returned product must be post marked no more than 30 days from the day Ring Engineering Inc. originally shipped you the product.

• Authorized returned funds shall only be credited to the original credit card account used to place the order.

• Refund may take up to 30 days to appear in your credit card account based on your credit card company's crediting policy.

Limited Warranty

• Our products come with a 90 Day Limited Warranty. We suggest you contact Support@RingEngineering.com first to determine whether the item is indeed defective before returning. Then make an online return merchandise authorization (RMA) request to Info@RingEngineering.com.  The complete Warranty is as follows:

    Ring Engineering, Inc. (Ring Engineering) warrants that for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship.  Ring Engineering, at its option, will repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period.  Replacement will be made with new or remanufactured product or component.  If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value.  This is your exclusive warranty.

    This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable.  Ring Engineering dealers, distributors, or retail stores selling Ring Engineering products do not have the right to alter, modify, or any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.

     The warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from negligent misuse of the product.  Further, the warranty does not cover Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, and tornadoes.

     Ring Engineering shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty or condition.  Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above warranty.  Ring Engineering disclaims all other warranties or conditions, express or implied statutory or otherwise.  Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

 

How to Obtain Warranty Service

Submit a request online an for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at Info@RingEngineering.com.  Send the product with a copy of the original sales receipt included by UPS or Parcel Post with insurance prepaid to:

     Make certain that your End of Train Device is properly packed to avoid damage in transit to the factory.  Please allow four to six weeks for service.  Please also make sure to include the RMA number and contact information (Your name, address, phone number and e-mail address if you have one).

 

     If your End of Train Device is not covered by warranty, or has been damaged, an estimate of repair costs or replacement costs will be provided to you for approval prior to servicing or replacement.

• Any information you, the customer, enter on the Ring Engineering Inc. Internet Site will only be used to process your order and will not be shared with any third party unless required to process your order.  Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses acquired on-line will only be used for processing of online orders.  If you allow us, we may send you new product advertisements via the e-mail address you have supplied.
